About Sam

For more than twenty-five years I have been exploring the connection between body, wellbeing, habits, healing, sustainability, meaningful work, and personal growth. My journey has taken me through therapeutic bodywork, reflexology, pregnancy support, traditional healing practices, business development, project management, homesteading, food growing, sustainability, and helping hundreds of people navigate change.

Throughout those years, one truth has remained consistent:

  • The body often carries the story long before we find the words.
  • Stress leaves its mark.
  • Responsibilities leave their mark.
  • Life transitions leave their mark.
  • Old habits leave their mark.
  • And over time, those experiences influence how we move, breathe, sleep, think, and feel.

SŌMASAM was born from a desire to create a space where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create more comfort, ease, and alignment in their lives.

My approach is practical, grounded, and deeply human. I am not interested in quick fixes. I am interested in helping women understand what their bodies are communicating, create practical changes that support wellbeing and build lives that feel sustainable and meaningful.

Most women do not need fixing.

They need space.

Space to rest.
Space to breathe.
Space to reflect.
Space to reconnect.
Space to remember who they are beneath the expectations, responsibilities, and pressures of everyday life.

SŌMASAM provides that space.
